In order to subscribe to our meals , you need to purchase a meal subscription plan. You can purchase the same by downloading our app (App download link)
-> Download CKD App from the Google Play Store
->Register your details by clicking on the Sign Up option (If already signed up you can Sign in to continue.)
->Click on the Cart Icon
->Choose the best meal plan suited to you as per your needs.
->Select the meals you need from Checkbox list (Breakfast / Lunch /Dinner )
->Select the days on which you want your meals to be delivered ( Mon- Fri , Mon -Sat, Mon-Sun, Sat-Sun )
->Click on the proceed button and complete the payments (By applying appropriate offers /discount Coupons at the Check out.
->Once the payment is done you can check the ACTIVE PLAN in the Profile Section.
->On the dashboard page you can find the details for the upcoming meals
What is Rescheduling of meals?
As your Food Buddy we understand on some days you feel like partying or going out or clubbing with friends and in those sudden plans we don’t want you to have guilt of wasting food or any hindrance, To solve this problem we have added Need Meal Button on the Dashboard (Need Meal with a YES/NO slider ). By default the slider is marked yes , in case you don’t want the delivery of the food you can switch the slider to the NO position. To know more you can reach us out on the chat support (link).
These rescheduled meals can be availed within 5 days once your subscription gets over in a sequential manner as per the original meal plan.

Yes in order to provide you better services and avoid food wastage we have a small constraint on this .You can find the timings in the below table by which you can reschedule your meals.

Yes , You can cancel your meals but we won’t be able to reschedule / refund
/remunerate for that particular meal.
In order to cancel your particular meal you can reach out to our relationship manager (Contact Number : 8709930522 ) or connect with us on chat support.
No, we don’t provide any refunds in these cases.
Yes you can change your delivery locations in a particular periphery where we provide our meal services.
It absolutely depends on the discretion of CKD Foods Management to allow or forfeit these kinds of requests , we assess these as per the case to case basis .
Yes we care for your health and such things can be done if required , but it solely depends on the discretion of CKD Foods , we can’t be held liable to provide any food beside the predefined menu for your particular subscription type.
